Feeling sick, but better now that I’ve taken control of my own self-defilement, I look for more prohibitions. “The Lord commands us not to use wine and strong drinks.” A shot of Old Overholt rye whiskey in a tall glass of Angry Orchard hard cider takes care of that. “Grains are good for us. Wheat is especially good.” I like wheat, but just to be contrary, I eat some oat-and-flax-seed granola. It was revealed to Joe Smith that “we should eat meat sparingly.” This forces me to gorge on grilled pork tenderloin.
